I use hummus to make greek pizzas!.
Use some flatbread or pita bread as the crust, then spread some of the hummus on, add feta cheese, artichoke hearts, black olives, bake for 6-7 minutes till flatbread/pita gets a little crispyWww@FoodAQ@Com
