Answers:
I am concerned about the other response you received, which is incorrect in a couple respects!. I will provide you the correct measurements below:

2 3/4 cups w/w flour
7 oz cream cheese (cream cheese is usually sold by weight in 8 oz packages, so eyeball 7/8 of one 8 oz package--cream cheese is not usually measured by volume)
1/2 cup water/stock
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
3 tablespoons + 1 tsp oil (you could probably skip the tsp)
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tablespoons butter

To simplify your recipe, I'd make the following changes:

3 cups flour, 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, 3 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp butter!. I would also add 3/4 tsp salt, as your recipe seems not to have any, and it will improve the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 and 3/4 cups of whole-wheat flour
7/8 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
5 and 1/3 cups of honey
1 egg
3 tbl spoon 1 tsp oz vegetable oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbl spoon butter
1 bowl
1 freezer bag
1 rolling pin
some biscuit cutters
1 baking trayWww@FoodAQ@Com
