ok i bake chicken legs all the time easier to pick them off the bone for my daughter preheat the oven to 400 i line a pan that i am going to bake with foil then i put the chicken in the pan and season them with a little salt and garlic powder then i cover them with foil beacuse chicken is greazy and it keeps the chicken from drying out i normally leave mine in the oven for 30-45 you can always cut one open to see if is still pink i have never baked that much chicken so if you have a pan big enough i don't see why you can't do them all at once and after they are finished you can always put some bar b q sause on them return them back to the oven for a minute or 2 thats how i like mine i hope it works for you! good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Whatever you do, do NOT use just Italian dressing!. Someone told me that last week, and the chicken was so bland and tasteless, that I was embarrassed to serve it! If you do want to marinate in a dressing, add alot more herbs & garlic to it!.!.!.!. but I would do a rub of seasoned salt, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder & paprika!.!.!. Then bake on a cookie sheet that's been lined with foil & sprayed (easier cleanup), at 375 for about 30-40 min, turning over half-way through!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brine them--just use table salt and water, until water tastes salty, for 2 hrs!., rinse, and season with flavors of your choice!. I always use powders--garlic, onion, etc!., never the garlic salts!. Companies use salt as a carrier, so you're paying a premium price for salt and if your garlic toast has ever turned out salty, it's because you didn't use powder!.
Bake with chicken bouillon, covered @ 375, remove foil to brown, turning once!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
