Adobo Rice and Black Beans
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup instant brown rice
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning with cumin
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan!. Add rice, black beans and adobo seasoning and bring to a simmer!. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes!. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes!. Fluff with a fork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup uncooked rice
1 (16 ounce) package turkey kielbasa, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
2 (15 ounce) cans canned kidney beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil!. Add rice and stir!. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes!.
In a large skillet over low heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes!. Stir in onion, green pepper and garlic; saute until tender!.
Pour in beans and tomatoes with juice!. Season with oregano, salt and pepper!. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes!.
Serve over rice!.

1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
3 1/2 cups canned black beans, drained
Cilantro to taste
In a stockpot over medium-high heat, heat the oil!. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 4 minutes!. Add the rice and saute for 2 minutes!.

With Chumichurri sauce!. Yumm, you basically take garlic, cilantro, coarse salt, green onions, a little jalepeno pepper and blend it in a blender with some olive oil!. It's very good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
