There should be directions on the cardboard wrapper!.!.!.!. Since Wilton is lightweight aluminum, you should probably grease and flour it (or use Pam baking spray)!.!.!.!. You could use a cake mix for it!. I don't know how you'd use filling, unless you were able to slice the cake in half, using a long serrated bread knife and gently sawing through it (after it's cooled)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the pan!.!.!.!.is it the 3D one or the flat one!? With the 3D one you fill one half with the batter!.!.!.(the one without the hole in it for steam to escape) then put the empty half over it and tie them together tightly with kitchen string!. If it is the flat one just use a cake mix and fill the pan!. One cake mix will be the right amount for either pan!. I wouldn't recommend filling the middle of the cake since i would be difficult due to the shape of the cake and make it more difficult to decorate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
