I was given a batch of garlic, onion, and tomato foccacia bread!.!.!.can anyone suggest a good sandwich recipe to make with it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a grilled sandwich panini! YUM!
Put Olive oil on the inside of the bread, rub some fresh garlic clove on it, put some nice cheese on it, some meat (fresh deli turkey maybe!?) the onion and the tomato and grill it!.
If you have a panini maker or a George Foreman Grill, that would be perfect too!.!.!. YUMM!
(You could also take the onion out, and just use tomato, mozzarella and fresh herbs)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stuffed Foccacia Recipe
Ingredients
coarse salt !.
fresh rosemary !.
1 1/2 c spinach, Sauteed !.
4 tbsps olive oil !.
7 oz mozzarella cheese, Slice !.
1 loaf frozen bread dough !.
7 oz gorgonzola, Crumbled
Directions
Thaw dough!.
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees F!.
Divide the dough into two!.
On a floured surface, either pat down or roll this into two 10-11 inch circles!.
Place one circle on an oiled cookie sheet, & then sprinkle the cheese evenly over its surface!.
Spread the spinach across the top, & then cover with the remaining circle!.
Using your fingertips, carefully press the edges together!.
Create dimples across the top surface using your fingertips, & drizzle over with the oil!.
Sprinkle top the salt & rosemary on top!.
Bake for about 30 mins or until golden brown!.
Serve warm!.
Variation: Try stuffing the focaccia with thinly sliced tomatoes & basil leaves, shredded cooked ham & Fontina cheese, or simply a mixture of your favorite Italian cheeses!.
Onion And Blue Cheese Foccacia
Ingredients
2 cups white onions sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 Italian flat bread
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
3 ounces blue cheese crumbled
Directions
Cook onions in butter over low heat in medium skillet until very tender and lightly browned then stir in sage!.
Arrange onions on bread and sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese!.
Bake at 350 until bread is hot and cheese is melted!.
Cut in wedges!.
