Smoked Spareribs with Backwoods BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 racks pork spareribs, membranes removed
All-Purpose Pork Rub
FOR BACKWOODS BBQ SAUCE:
1 bottle (12 ounce) chili sauce
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup steak sauce
1 can (12 ounce) cola,
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Directions:
Set grill to medium!. Pat the all-purpose rub on all sides of your ribs!. Place ribs on hot grill, cover and cook for two and half to three hours under ribs or tender!.
In a medium sauce pan, combine the liquid ingredients: Chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, cola and the semi-homemade secret ingredient, liquid smoke for that smoky flavor!.
About 20 minutes before you serve the ribs, remove from the grill and place in a drip pan, making sure they are meat side down, generously brush your BBQ sauce on, stack in layers, and cover with foil!. Let them cook for about 10 more minutes till tender!.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut them into portion sizes!. Serve like Sandra did in small pastel pails available at crafts stores!.
Prosciutto Wrapped Corn
INGREDIENTS:
4 ears on corn, shucked and cleaned
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, McCormick
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic, Gourmet Garden
1 packet (3 oz) sliced prosciutto
Directions:
1!. Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat!. Oil grate when ready to start cooking!. Place each ear on a 12 inch sq piece of foil!.
2!. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, Italian seasoning and garlic!. Spread liberally over ears of corn!. Wrap corn with sliced prosciutto!. Wrap in foil!. Place on hot oiled grill!.
Cook for 25-30 min or until corn is tender, turning frequently!. Serve hot!.
Orange Mojo’Rita
1 orange, cut into wedges
1 cup fresh mint
3 cups of Margarita Mix
1 cup of Tequila
crushed ice
splash of Orange Liqueur
1) Place the oranges, mint, Margarita Mix and Tequila in a pitcher and muddle it together until the entire flavors distribute, and the orange starts to break down!.
2) Strain the mixture into a large Collins glass filled with crushed ice mint and orange wedges!. Top with a splash of the Orange Liqueur!. Garnish and serve!.

I don't watch Tyra but here is a list of Sandra's recipes for ribs listed on the foodnetwork!.!.!.!.!.!.by the way, using chili sauce and Coke is pretty common, even if you can't find the exact recipe, it shouldn't be too hard to figure it out!.
