i mean fromt the frying pan kinda thingWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It depends on what you are frying!? If I am just doing homefries, or some breaded fried veggies or, even breaded meats such as beef, chicken or pork!. I re-use the oil a couple of times, or until it gets to dark!. If I do fish then I save it in a seperate container for fish "oil" and I of course strain it after every use!. Wait until the oil has cooled slightly and pour to catch all the big chunkies, that will help you feep a fresh oil, also keep it in a cool spot in your kitchen or pantry ecause all fats can/will go rancid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you mean while cooking!. After removing the food I pour it into a separate pot to allow it to cool then I refill my frying pan!. Once done cooking and the oil is cooled then I funnel it back into the oil container and dispose of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

After every use in the frying pan, after about 10 pans of chips in the deep fat fryer or immediately after cooking scampiWww@FoodAQ@Com

the health services recommend filtering after every use and changing after 3 days of use!.!.!.!. that is for big high industrial fryers, but i would say it applies too!.!.!.!. when the oil turns a nasty chocolaty brown, it should be a lovely bronzy orange colour!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

With each use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if frying only potatoes!.!. I use three times, if any meat is cooked!.!.!. cool and dispose, oil should never be reused in home firers after cooking meat, fish, poultry, of any kind, meat juices turn bad and so will your oil!.!.!. not to mention it's not healthy and can make you very sick,Www@FoodAQ@Com

evey night timeWww@FoodAQ@Com
