Does anyone know how to make potato wedges?!

choose russet potatoes
wash the potatoes really well and cut to wedges!.!.
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of corn flour
4 table spoon paprika powder
1 table spoon white pepper powder
1/2 table spoon black pepper powder!.!.
1/4 table spoon of fine salt
-> mix all the above well!.!.!.
1 large egg
coat the potatoes with the eggs!.!.!. and drain the eggs out!.!.

Cut a potato up into wedges (basically cut the potato into sixths or something like that!.!.!.big fries)!. Fry it in vegetable oil until it floats, remove it, place on a plate with a paper towel (to absorb the grease), and season as desired (with Old Bay seasoning, pepper, etc!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you don't want to do the deep fry thing then you can cut up the potatos into wedges and then boil them for about 3-4 minutes before tossing them in oil, sprinkling on some salk and sticking them in the oven for about 30-40 minutes of until they get crispy!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

WORLD BEST NACHO POTATO WEDGES
1 package crinkle wedge potatoes
2 ? cups shredded nacho cheese
? cup olives and jalapenos, chopped
? cup red bell peppers, chopped
? cup green onions, chopped
fresh salsa
sour cream
Cook the potato wedges according to the package directions but take them out 2 minutes early!. Top with remaining ingredients except salsa and sour cream!. Broil until the cheese is bubbly!. Top with the sour cream and salsa!.
SEASONED POTATO WEDGES
1/3 c!. flour
1/3 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp!. paprika
3 lg!. baking potatoes, cleaned and cut in 8 wedges
1/3 c!. milk
1/4 c!. butter
In a shallow pan, combine flour, paprika and Parmesan cheese; mix well!. Dip potato wedges in milk, coat with flour mixture!. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with butter!. Bake 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees!.
POTATO DIP:
16 oz!. sour cream
1/2 c!. crumbled bacon
2 tbsp!. chopped chives
1/2 tsp!. garlic powder
