A 3 -egg ham and cheese omelet w/cinnamon toast on raisin bread
A sliced beef steak tomato , sliced fresh mozzarella, olive oil and basil chiffonade appetizer
A broiled pink grapefruit half
A sauteed piece of fish sitting on a bed of sauteed spinach ,feta cheese and pine nuts >use 2 saute pans

an omlette!? Tomato, cheese, spring onion, cream, peas, two eggs!. mixed spices, mix well!.
Or maybe!.!. boil some eggs, cut them in half taking the egg yolk out, mix the egg yolk with curry powder, butter, pepper and salt!. Then spoon the mixture into the egg white
so it should look like a bowl with stuff inside!. =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Omelets Roll-ups
Egg - 1
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper - a pinch
Grated cheese - 1 tablespoon
1 tortilla

Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper!. Heat a pan with the oil to medium-high!. Then pour in the egg, and cook for about a minute!.
Place over the tortilla, and sprinkle on cheese!.

also, chicken breast, on frying pan, cover with mush soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Butter both sides of a slice of bread and cut a 2 inch circle from the middle of it!. Place buttered bread into a skillet over medium heat, crack an egg into the hole!. Season with salt and pepper!. Once egg is cooked on bottom, flip whole bread and cook other side!. Voila! Egg in a frame!Www@FoodAQ@Com
