I know i just asked this question but like if i ewnt to the store,!.!. what is the name of the beef and brocolli sauce!? plleeaseeee tell me!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know that it has a name - but here is a recipe - it's so easy to make
Beef Broccoli stir fry
2 Tbsps!. cornstarch
1 Tbsp!. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp!. soy sauce
1-2/3 cups beef stock
1 lb!. boneless top round steaks, 3/4 inch thick, cut into very thin strips
1/4 tsp!. garlic powder
1/4 tsp!. ground ginger
4 cups broccoli florets\cooked
4 cups hot cooked rice

Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup stock in a bowl until smooth!. Set aside!. Spray a heavy nonstick
skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat 1
minute!. Add beef, in batches if necessary, and stir-fry 3-4 minutes,
or until browned!. Set beef aside!. Add remaining stock, garlic powder,
ginger and broccoli!. Heat to a boil!. Reduce heat to low!. Cover and
cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp!. Stir cornstarch
mixture and add!. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring
constantly!. Return beef to pan and heat through!. Serve over rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would just ask for a stir fry sauce mix!. They actually sell a powdered beef/broccoli stir fry package that you just add water to and pour it over your stir fry just when it is almost finished cooking and you mix it in for a few minutes and it thickens and tastes really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinese Brown Sauce!.

You can make it yourself!.



Basic Asian Brown Sauce

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

In a saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch!.

Stir in chicken broth and soy sauce!. Cook and stir until mixture bubbles!.

Lower heat and add chopped garlic!. Cook until thickenedWww@FoodAQ@Com
