How about oven fries with gravy instead!? Everyone forgot about gravy fries! ;) I think its easier then peeling, cutting, boiling, then having to mash!. Just scrub your taters really well!. Cut them into quarters or eighths depending on how large you want them!. Olive oil, lots of salt, some pepper!. 425 till golden brown and delicious!. Serve with your gravy on top!.
