I tried to make a dippy egg the flipping method a few times in the past!. Every time I tried to flip my egg, the yolk popped, and cooked, so my mom showed me an easy way to make one!. Just crack the egg into a skillet!. make sure to spray with PAM first!. Once the bottom is cooked, instead of flipping the egg, just slide a spatula under the egg to seperate it from the skillet!. (remove the spatula) and pour just a little bit of water into the skilet!. (enough to coat the bottom of the skillet, but not cover the egg) and cover it with a lid for a few seconds!.!.!.maybe 15!? and the top will cook from the steam!. It's a lot easier than flipping the egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make fried eggs!.!. sunny side up!.!. and make sure the yolks are left soft!.!. or you can half boil the eggs!.!.that way the egg white is cooked soft and the yolk is runny!.!. i usually eat it with salt and pepper!.!. yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cook mine over easy!. Fry the egg(s) in a well-oiled pan (a butter & olive oil combo tastes the best) for a couple of minutes!. Then, once the edges seem kinda "dry", ever so gently, flip the egg over so the yoke doesn't pop!. Using a plastic spatula will yield better results because it's gentler on the egg!. Just cook for another 30seconds or so and carefully slide the eggs straight from the pan to the plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a sunny side up egg!. It does not require flipping, so the chances of the yolk popping is much less than an over easy egg!.

Simply butter your pan over medium or medium-low heat!. Crack egg into pan, season with salt and pepper, place about 2 Tbs of water in pan, and cover with lid for 1-2 minutes!. The top of the egg should be opaque white, but the yolk should be leaky!.

Makes me hungry!Www@FoodAQ@Com
