Just get any kind of chocolate you have at home and put it in the croissant dough before cooking, using nuttella is not exactly traditional, the tradition is to use chocolate pieces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nutella is essentially hazelnuts and chocolate, so maybe you could melt hazelnut chocolate into a creamy paste and add that!.

Can you find a hazelnut flavoring!? If so, maybe add a bit of hazelnut flavoring to a chocolate sauce!. Or a tad of hazelnut and a tad of peanut butter and mix well!. But I'd just try it out and give it a shot myself first!. If it doesn't work, I'd just mix a bit of peanut butter (SMALL amount) to a chocolate sauce and substitute that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
