My family loves when I make Greek Chicken and it is super easy!. The fast cheating way is to toss chicken and cut up potatoes in italian salad dressing and then bake in a pan with a little water at the bottom!. Cover with foil while baking and add water if the liquid starts to disappear!.

Total baking time 1 hour and 40 minutes
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes
Flip the chicken and potatoes and bake another 35 minutes
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more!.

You do not HAVE to bake this long if you are in a hurry!. The longer baking time is to get the chicken more moist and flavorful!.

I have this cheating method and the real from scratch recipe on my website!. http://www!.yourfunfamily!.com/Cooking/gre!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
