Put the boneless chicken in a glass dish and mix some cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup and pour it over the chicken!. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
boneless chicken cut into cubes
2 cups broccoli frozen
1 can campbells broccoli cheese soup
2 tbsps butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk or water
mix all ingredients in covered oven safe pan or corning and bake on 400 for 45 minutes

I use it for many things, favorite is breaded chicken cutlets!. Turn chicken breasts over in egg, then pat into dish of breadcrumbs w salt/pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano (coating both sides)!. Fry - in about 1 inch of vegetable oil- a few minutes each side until they are golden!. Let drain on paper towel!. Put into oven safe dish, cover tightly with foil!. Nothing beats good stir fry--and it's super fast and easy!. Put some rice on to cook!. Cut up your chicken into bite size pieces!. Grab a bag of frozen veggies or chop some up fresh, whatever you like!. In a 2 cup measurer combine 2 tbs!. cornstarch with 1/8 to 1/4 cup of soy sauce (depending on how much you like soy sauce) and add water until you've got a cup of liquid!. Add a tablespoon or two of brown sugar or honey--or white sugar if that's all you have!. Whisk and set aside!. Brown your meat in a little oil, throw your veggies in and saute until they're crisp tender, then add the sauce and cook all of that for a minute or two until the sauce starts to thicken a bit!. Serve over your rice and enjoy! I like to spice my sauce up quite a bit, but you don't have to!. A good addition to the sauce is a tablespoon or two of really great vinegar (white or red) and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper or fire oil if you have it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 jar dried beef
paprika
Pre-heat oven to 350!. Place dried beef on bottom of pan!. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick!. Place chicken on top of dried beef!. Mix soups and sour cream and cover chicken with mixture (you may not need to use it all) sprinkle with paprika and cook for 1 hr!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
