Use this for your meat dish with a side dish or two of vegetables, rice, or potatoes!. You will find these packages near the meat section, they are not frozen!. Ask a clerk for help!.

5!. Tyson's fully cooked whole chickens are delicious!. I serve them often with S&W canned sweet potatoes, Stove-Top dressing, microwave chicken/turkey gravy in jars, a canned vegetable, canned cranberry sauce, and frozen Pillsbury Microwave Biscuits which are better than I can make!. A frozen pie defrosted and fully cooked!. Perfect for one or two people at Thanksgiving or Christmas!.

6!. Another thing you can do is cook in a slow cooker or a crock-pot!. You put the meat into the crock-pot in the morning and it cooks all day long!. The meal is ready at dinner time!. Crock-pots can be bought at your grocery store, WalMart, Target, etc!. BE SURE to read the booklet that comes with the crock-pot!.

Just go and get a box of pasta, a pound of ground beef, a jar of Ragu and some garlic or Italian bread!. Brown the meat, drain it, cook the pasta by the directions on the box, drain and mix the meat and pasta sauce together and spoon it over the pasta!. Cook or warm the bread and eat!. Tortellini Soup

One can condensed tomato soup
a handful of dried three cheese tortellini
a can of mixed vegetables
left over diced steak or pot roast (optional)

Heat soup with one can of water!. Add other ingredients!. Cook over medium low heat for about 20 minutes!. Serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil some water to cook linguine (or spaghetti) - very simple!.
Heat a can of clam chowder, with an extra can of drained clams and some shrimp (they come in bags, frozen, and you just thaw them under cold running water and take the tails off) chopped up in the chowder!.
By the time the linguine is soft, the chowder should be hot - toss them together and enjoy!

two chicken breasts(thawed)
3 tbs Olive oil (1 tbs for chicken, two for skillet)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp garlic(minced)
wash chicken (in water )and pat dry with paper towel!.In a skillet add 2 tbs oil and heat to med high!. in a bowl add cheese and bread crumbs,mix well!. add salt and pepper to chicken then sprinkle some olive oil over chicken, roll in bread mix and coat well!. add garlic to oil then add chicken to hot oil in skillet, turn down heat to med cook till lightly browned on both sides(about 7 minutes)!.!.I love this with a salad or green beans!.!.whole meal takes about 20 mins from start to finish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brown 4 chops--while they cook, fix a box of stuffing mix for pork--spray 9x5 pan with Pam--stand chops in pan with bone side down--pack stuffing between chops--bake 1 hr @ 350
