What is a bous bous in cooking?!
My husband and I were at a restaurant and a dish came out, compliments of the chef, and it was called a bous bous!. I have no idea how to spell it and have been trying to figure out what it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think what you are trying to say is amuse bouche!. this is commonly given for free in fine dining restaurants prior to the appetizers!. amuse bouche (where amuse may be pronounced a-mus and where bouche is pronounced as bush) literally means to amuse the mouth!.
