Something to go with Chicken Kiev...?!


Question: Something to go with Chicken Kiev!.!.!.!?
I'm have kiev tonight for dinner, but I always have it with mash and steamed veg - I want to try something different!.
(I am not really very creative when it comes to cooking!.)

Any ideas - apart from salad! - would be very much appreciated!

Dice up some potatoes, skin on approx 1 inch dice toss in olive oil and season - spread on a baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes until golden serve with kiev!.
Roasted Vine Tomatoes - roast whole with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprig of thyme, season - bake 15 minutes until soft but still holding together!.

Baked Mediteranean Vegetables!.!.!.!.!.peppers,red onions, courgette, aubergine!.!.!.garlic cloves!.!.!.!.!.!.drizzled with olive oile and sprinkled with sea salt!.!.!. bake for 1hr gas 6 ,400f,200C

Cut large pepper in half to use as a dish for
!.!.!.!.!.!.small cherry tomatoes(halved)!.!. a jar of ready prepared red peppers(chopped)!.!.!.!.!.4 spring onions(chopped)!.!.!.!.!. 1 small chilli(chopped!.!.!.3 cloves garlic(chopped)!.!.!.!.bunch of basil chopped!.
Put all the ingredients into the pepper shells and drizzle with olive oil and bake for half an hour to three quarters at gas 6, 400F,200C!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd try and vary the veg - maybe try some sugar snap peas (they take 2 minutes to boil and are yummy)!.

Or maybe have some roasted vegetables - peppers, onions, carrots and potatoes are good !. Chop them into chunky pieces drizzle some olive oil and salt and pepper over them and bake in the oven along with your kievs for about 45 minutes!. Dead easy, even I can do it - and I'm the kind of person who knows their dinner is probably done once the smoke alarm goes off!Www@FoodAQ@Com
