The cookie dough is very simple to make and once chilled, the cookies may be baked a few at a time as needed!. Almost any dough can be frozen and will keep a couple of months if carefully wrapped!.You can take the required quantity out and slice and bake!.

After making the cookie dough, place a "ball" of it in the center of waxed paper and roll it with your hands to form a long tube!.
Fold the tube of dough into the waxed-paper and place in the refrig!. for at least 2-4 hours or longer!. You can even freeze if you put the dough in waxed paper inside a freezer wrap or baggie!.
Unwrap and slice 1/4" slices, place on cookie sheet (greased!?) and bake!. You'll have uniform *evenly round* and the same thickness!. They won't spread all over your cookie sheet either, as it would if you don't put in the frig for time enough that the dough can "set"!.!.!.
