I absolutely love it, and make it myself, I am a chili head so I make mine spicey, but for some one wanting the taste with a mild kick a simple mix of chili paste or hot sauce, ketchup, and some sesame oil!.
Now the chili element is your desion, I use a blend of dried Thai chili flakes, a ground chinese chili paste, ketcup, sesame oil, a dash of soya sauce, garlic and chopped cooking onion (very fine)!.
If you like it sweeter add a dash of sugar or honey, this will tone down the heat to!. I make 2-3 cans of the darker light tuna in water, I like it in salads, or with the Thai green mango salad, on Thai noodle dishes, even in ramen soups!. I worked as a chef in Asia and like the spicy overtones, I to want to make more after buy those small tins for 89 cents Canadian at the PriceChopper and FoodBasics, the tuna companys are cleaning up on that deal, for sure!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You prob can make yours taste like what's in the Spicy Thai Tuna can!. Read the can ingredients and hope it doesn't say 'and spices'!. !!! Some marinading sounds like it will be appropriate too!.
