1/2 of a 22 ounce package of salad shell macaroni
6 eggs ~ boiled ~ shelled ~ sliced
1 cup sweet onion ~ chopped
1 1/2 cups celery ~ chopped
1 1/2 cups dill pickles ~ chopped
1 cup black olives ~ sliced
1 cup medium cheddar cheese ~ cut into small cubes
1 cup ham ~ chopped
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
salt & pepper to taste

cook salad macaroni according to package, let cool!. In a large mixing bowl combine macaroni, eggs, onion, celery, pickles, olives, cheese and ham and mix together!. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper!.
Pour over salad and gently mix together!. Pour into a smaller serving bowl and cover!. Chill for 2 hours before serving!. If taking the salad to a barbeque or a picnic place salad bowl in a larger bowl with ice to keep the salad chilled!. Serves 6!. Easily doubled for a crowd!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

EASY YOGURT CHICKEN WINGS

16 chicken wings
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 pint plain yogurt
1/2 cup water
1 inch ginger root, peeled and grated

Fold the tips in back of the chicken wings and place them in an ovenproof baking dish!.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon mixture over the wings, taking care that each piece is coated!.

Bake, uncovered, in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours!.

Serve with rice which has been steamed with raisins and slivered almonds!.

FAST & EASY CHICKEN & NOODLES

1-12 oz bag egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
spices (your preference)
7 oz cut chicken breast in foil bag or 2 small cans chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Stove Top preparation:

Start boiling noodles (direction on package)!.

Add butter or olive oil in a separate pan, add chicken and spices!.

Heat chicken; (if you are using raw chicken let it cook fully)!.

Add soup to chicken and spices and simmer over low heat!. After noodles are cooked, drain and add to chicken and soup, mix!.

Cook's Note: If you don't have egg noodles on hand, try tossing angel hair directly into the soup!

Suggested seasonings for this soup are: (one of the following or as many as you like) fresh garlic, minced, onion, chopped baby carrots, chopped celery, green onion, scallions, minced fresh parsley and a pinch of rubbed sage!. If you are using chicken breast, don't allow the broth to boil; just simmer, adding the chicken breast last and cooking only until done!.

This recipe is great! It is quick and easy and the family loves it! You can change it up and use different soups and even add cheese! It tastes home-made!

EASY MEAT LOAF

3 lbs!. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp!. salt
1/2 tsp!. pepper
2 beaten eggs
5 slices white bread
1 c!. milk

Mix ingredients together and place in baking dish!. Bake for 1 1/2 hours!. At end of 1 hour, pour small can sauce over loaf!.

QUICK AND EASY CHOCOLATE DESSERT

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 4oz boxes chocolate instant pudding
1 can cherry pie filling
2 sm!. tubs coolwhip

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box in a 13x9 pan!. Let cake completely cool!. (Best if made night before!.) Prepare pudding and chill until set!.
Cut cake into 2x2 squares!. In large dessert bowl, starting with cake squares, layer cake!.!.!.pudding!.!.!.cherry pie filling!.!.!.whipped cream and repeat!.

ENJOY!!! Can also use different variations!. (ex!.!.!.white cake, vanilla pudding, fresh blueberries and strawberries~ good for the 4th of July!!)

QUICK AND EASY DESSERT

1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c!. miniature marshmallows
1 c!. coconut
2 lg!. bananas
1/2 c!. nuts

Mix condensed milk and Cool Whip together!. Add other ingredients and mix well!. Chill several hours or overnight!. Will serve 14!. This is an easy and pretty dessert to fix for those special guests!.

Shepherds Pie
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 pound ground beef, browned
* 1 or 2 cans corn, drained
* 5 or 6 potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed with milk and butter

PREPARATION:
Put the meat in the bottom of a casserole dish or Dutch oven!. Add corn on top of meat!. Add mashed potatoes on top, making sure the potatoes touch the sides of the dish all around!. Bake 1 hour at 350!.

St!. Paul's Rice - DE-LISH!

2 large bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 - 4 oz can of mushrooms, drained
5 stalks celery, chopped
2 lb!. ground pork
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 cup white rice, uncooked
2 envelopes of Lipton chicken noodle soup (dry mix)


Preheat oven to 350° F!.

In a skillet, brown pork, italian seasoning, garlic, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, carrots and celery!.

Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil 6 cups of water, pour in rice and soup!. Boil for 8 minutes!. Mix with pork/veggie mixture!.

Pour in to greased 9 x 12 x 2 Pan and cover with foil

Bake for 1 1/4 hours covered!. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes!.

2 pounds ground beef
1/8 pound onions chopped
3 ounces flour, all-purpose
30 2/3 ounces tomatoes, canned crushed
1/8 ounce mace ground
1/8 ounce salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Cook beef with onions in its own fat until beef loses its pink colour, stirring to break apart!.

Drain or skim off excess fat!. Sprinkle flour over beef; continue cooking until flour is absorbed!. Add tomatoes, mace, salt and pepper!. Stir well!. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes!.
