Is there a food that you always mess up?!


Question: Is there a food that you always mess up!?
For me it's cookies!? I try so hard to bake cookies and I always mess them up!.
It got to the point of only baking, the pre-made dough kind!. I'm not giving up---some day I will bake a perfect cookie and no one will believe it!.
There is a running joke in my family!. Since a few of them are military, they ask me to bake cookies, because they ran out of ammunition!.

Bread, cakes and cooking big meals is no problem, but those cookies !.!.!.!.!.
So is there something you have tried cooking or baking and it just never turns out right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs cooked in a pan!. Not scrambled, I'm good at cooking those!. But when it comes to plain old sunny side up or over easy, they turn out horrible!. They never flip, they bust open, stick to each other, and come out rubbery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cream Puffs--I don't know why!. I've tried making them a hundred times, but they never come out right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pancakes!. I can just never get one right!. It never fully flips, it breaks, folds over on itself!. I've decided to stay away from making them!. I just get so frustrated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cottage pie, I never get the sauce to the right flavour!. I got it right once or twice but every other time has been a mess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've made this California Grilled Veggie Sandwich 3 times now, and it was just !.!.!. okay!. Maybe the 4th time is the charm or something!. Grrr!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its weird but somehow whenever i cook french beans it always ends up being too salty, otherwise my salt proportion is usually right!.!.!.but beans !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
