Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

2 pounds fresh jalapeno peppers
2 8oz!. cream cheese
1 lb Bacon (each slice cut in-half)

Split, seed and wash jalapeno peppers!. Spread cream cheese in each half of
split peppers, either leave in halves *OR* combine the two halves to make a
whole popper!. Wrap each half/whole jalapeno with a bacon slice cut in half!.
Place each bacon wrapped jalapeno on a cookie sheet!.!.bake at 250 til bacon
is done, cool and serve!.(Cheese will boil out if oven is set to high)Www@FoodAQ@Com

this sounds really good--i bet if you battered them & deep fried them they would be good that way too!.I use to pickle them in bread & butter pickle mix---you cut a slice in each pepper so the juice can get in,then pak them in jars as tight as you can,bring your picle mixture to a aboil & fill the jars ---store them till ready to use---do not pressure can them --this will make peppers soft!.boy they are really good!.also be careful to let all the juice fill the cavity of pepper & jar compeltely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my recipe!. It's a little different but super tasty
Dave's Jalapeno poppers

2 pounds fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced in 1/2 lengthwise seeds and veins removed
1 8 oz!. package cream cheese
3 Tbs!. crushed pineapple with juice
1 pound sliced bacon, strips cut in 1/2 crosswise

with gloves, cut all the peppers in half lengthwise then with a grapefruit spoon remove the seeds and veins!.
Combine cream cheese and pineapple and mix well to combine, set aside!.

Heat up charcoal grill during assembly!. Take a pepper half and fill with about 2 tsp!. cream cheese mixture and carefully wrap 1/2 a slice of bacon around the stuffed pepper ending with the tail of the bacon on the bottom of the pepper!. Repeat with all the peppers then place on the grill over medium heat, cover the grill and cook 30 minutes!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
