How do you make your enchilada sauce?!
i dice chicken into cubes, season it with a little garlic salt, then add sour cream and cream cheese together with the chicken and top it off with two cans of green chiles!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like my enchiladas without any red sauce!. I use cream of mushroom soup mixed with sour cream but I've also mixed it with cream of broccoli before & I've tried cream of chicken & cream of celery as well!. I like to play around with it!. Here's the recipe I like best:

My enchilada sauce comes in a package and I dip the corn tortillias in it before filling them with meat,onions, and cheese!.then I roll then!.Add more sauce all over the top and then shredded cheese before baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
