What kind are they (meat/veg, other)!?
What do you have in the fridge or freezer!?
If they're potato & onion or cheese & onion - I like them with thick-cut lamb chops!. Simply seared in olive oil, seasoned with a small amount of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt - finished in a hot oven for 8 - 10 minutes until the chops are just medium rare!.
Serve with some roast veggies; red onion quarters, yellow or red sweet peppers, asparagus, shallots, brussel sprouts, courgette (zucchini), small cherry or roma tomatoes or whatever else you have to hand - roasted drizzled with some olive oil, seasoned with fresh pepper, sea salt and thyme!.
Sounds good to me - cheersWww@FoodAQ@Com
