A bit of a cheating way!.But most people have these in there cupboard!.----You dont give any quantities!!?
Tomato ketchup 1/2 small bottle!.
Brown sauce 1/2 small bottle!.
soy sauce 4 table spoons
2 teaspoons brown sugar!.
2-3 tablespoons Lea &Perrins worcester sauce!.
a couple of cloves
1/4 pint chicken stock
Combine all together!.
Pour over the chicken wings (assuming around 6 portions)!.
Marinate over night if possible or at least a couple of hours,
Put everything into a roasting tray !.Cover with tin foil and cook in a hot oven for 20 mins!.Remove the foil, stir!.And continue cooking, the liquid needs to evaporate and form into a sauce give it another 15--20 mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The easiest way would be to purchase an Asian flavored marinade, such as teriyaki or Sesame and marinate your wings overnight!. If you want to make your own, in a sauce pan combine:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T cup rice wine vinegar
1 T minced garlic
2 T Chili Sauce
1 T chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup water

Bring to a boil until sugar disolves!. Cool!. Place wings in plastic bag that seals!. Pour mixture into bag over wings and marinate overnight!. Drain before placing in a single row in the baking pan!. Bake at 375 degrees until crisp and done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
