Spices for homemade pita chips?!
I love pita chips so I tried to make my own last night!. They were AWFUL!. I don't want to fry them, I want to bake them!. I cut up some pita bread, tossed them in olive oil & added a bunch of different spices but I guess I was totally off!. WAY too much onion powder, garlic, etc!. The spice mix smelled great but didn't taste great!. I also burned them but I won't do that again!.
