I really hate the taste and texture of veg?!
what can i do 2 disquise it id want to cook the veg then puree it and the only thing i can think to put it in is spag bol could i do a recipe with chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i no it sounds really daft but i cant help it i dont wanna live on junk food forever!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like the cookbook "Deceptively Delicious" by Jessica Seinfield!. She started it as way to make her kids eat veggies by sneaking them into their food!. There's things like putting spinach in your brownies (actually very good, but don't serve warm haha) and squash in your macaroni and cheese!.
I realize there was a lawsuit that she stole the idea from The Sneaky Chef (there's a couple of different cookbooks in that series), so you can try that one as well!. I just haven't tried any of those recipes!.

For Summer, try a cold soup of various fresh veggies!.!.!. In blender, process; carrots, celery, onion, a clove of garlic, tomatoes and chopped cucumber ( reserving a few thin slices for garnish), salt, pepper, worchester sauce and a squeeze of lemon!. Some tomato juice or water can be added to thin the soup!. Serve cold in bowls with a dollup of sour cream, a lemon slice and/or some cucumber slices!.
