Strawberry Punch
Ingredients:
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Erythritol
6 cups boiling water
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3 cups fruit flavored diet soda
2 1/2 cups sugar free Orange Soda
2 (10 oz!.) packages frozen unsweetened strawberries with juice, thawed
4 cups Diet Rite Lemonade or Diet 7-Up
Disolve Splenda and Erythritol in boiling water in a Dutch oven; stir in pineapple juice, fruit flavored soda, diet orange soda, strawberries and Diet Rite Lemonade!. Pour mixture into a large plastic container!. Cover and freeze until mixture is firm!. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving!. Place in a punch bowl and break into chunks!. Add Diet Rite Lemonade or Diet 7-Up; stir until slushy!.
Great to serve at a party or function!. About 3-4 carbs per punch cup!. If you have trouble locating any of the specialty sodas and don't want to order online, get creative and mix from those options available in your area!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's the recipe:
4 lbs!. Chicken wings
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
? cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut wings into drumsticks
Combine the parmesan, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl
Line shallow pan with foil
Melt butter in shallow bowl or pan
Dip drumsticks in butter, roll in seasoning mixture and arrange in pan
Bake for 1 hour, -- kick yourself for not doubling this recipe!!!
