lunch 2 cans of mackerel in tomatoe sauce an some water
dinner few raw sticks of carrot small bit of cod in batter an small portion of fries an water

It's not fabulous, but not bad!.
For breakfast you basically just had carbs, which won't give you the pep you need to get your metabolism jump started the way vitamins and protein will!. Try having a little fruit & nuts, like say raw apple slices and put peanut butter on your toast!.
Lunch, just so long as you're careful with which sauce it is- many brands hide loads of sodium and sugars in their formula, which will just make you tired later in the day!.
And dinner was pretty good, but you'll want more servings of vegtables/fruits overall!. That, and too much fish on a weekly basis ca increase your risk for mercury poisoning!.
You're on a good start to eating healthy, but remember that less of everything doesn't help as much as just changing proportions so that you eat more high-nurtient foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ok!.!. I would rate this a 2!. For breakfast you need to eat more and drink something like milk or juice!. Eat some oatmeal for breakfast or drink a shake!. Not start your day off with water!. You will get tired quicker than you realize!. Lunch you need to eat more veggies or fruits!. Your dinner was not that good either!. Im glad that you are drinking plenty of water though because alot of people fail to notice that they arent drinking enough of it!. I think you just need more fruit and veggies!. Take this from someone who has been dieting for a about 4 months now and have finally got my calorie consumption to where it is suppose to be!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need more protein, more dairy, etc!.
also, water is good for you, but you can always drink gatorade which will keep you hydrated!. And, try steamed vegetables!. You need also some type of dairy in the mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
