food processors work wonders for making your own baby food!. you can use different bends of fruits and vegetables, and it's easy to store, too!. you can either store it in the empty jars from store-bought baby food, or in resealable containers that you can buy from grocery stores!.

good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made all my own baby food in a blender!. I used fresh veggies and steamed them and turned them into mush!. Same with potatoes, yams, fruit!. Freeze them in ice cube trays and store in freezer bags!. You can take them out and unthaw as needed!. It is very convent!. Meat is hard to do that is best bought at the grocery store!. The combinations you can make are endless!. Use the microwave to cook fruits and do not add any sugars, then blend!. Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have a 8 month old daughter that loves her food start with simple things first like a rice cereal for the first week then introduce bananas ,avocado , mushy type fruit but stay away from oranges and citrus as it cause sore tummy in babies and to store the food i use ice cue trays its the perfect size for babies mealsWww@FoodAQ@Com
