Answers:
Use the indirect method of cooking!. Mound your charcoal either one side or the other or down the middle!. Don't cook over the coals, (make sure you have a grey ash on briquets)!. Use brine (water & table salt, until water tastes salty) to put chops in before cooking!. Brine for 2 hrs in frig!. The salt will be absorbed by the capillaries, not allowing the meat to collapse, causing a dry, unjuicey piece of shoe!. Try it, you'll love it!!-- Rinse chops and use your favorite spices, without salt, to season---ENJOY!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

well make sure u turn em to get them cooked in the middle!.!. it if there not to thick it shouldnt take that long!.!. lol better over cooked than under :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pork cooks really quick, so have the grill medium high and cook for 4 minutes on each side!. Make sure the meat is room temperature (not ice cold out of the fridge) that way the meat will be more tender!. Cover with foil for a few minutes after grilling so the juices can redistribute!.
Mmmmh pork chops!.!.!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pork chops have a tendency to be tough if they are cooked too long, and this is easy to do!. The best way to cook them on the grill is to marinate them overnight(in Italian dressing, oil and Worcestershire, whatever you like)!. It doesn't' matter what side you cook them on!. Use high heat to sear in the juices!. hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like the one that has the wood i it it gives it a good taste to it!. I put it in a Minuit before you put the pork chop on it and then let the pork cook for a about 20 minuets or until it looks cooked all the way threwWww@FoodAQ@Com

Medium heat is best!. Cook about 4 minutes each side for thin ones!. Cook about 6 minutes each side for larger ones!. Just cut it open and make sure its done!. Keep a water bottle handy, heheheheheh Not for the grill, but to keep you cooled off!. Man its hot in Texas!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

put a sheet of tin foil down and add pam to the foil this way the pork chops will not stick then just let cook do not cook fast because they will be tough but it should not take long to cook depending on the heat of the pitWww@FoodAQ@Com
