Question: I am baking some frozen chicken tenderloins for a salad!.!.!.!.!?
should I just bake them plain with salt or shpuld I put something on them!. I will be cutting them up to put in a saladWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you have rasberrys then mush one or two then mix it with reg!. rasberrys and the chicken!. it goes great with salad and put almonds with it too!. enjoy! yummmm!Www@FoodAQ@Com

not sure if salad equals diet here but i have found that the more you flavor the chicken the less dressing you may need and that means less calories!. i have used grill mates or mrs!. dash seasoning mixes for chicken salad and i love it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bake them with only ingredients that will flavor chicken--garlic, onions, green peppers, [if you want a little spicier, use chili powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red peppers, etc!., etc!.,--Use only powders (garlic/onion)]Www@FoodAQ@Com

try using your dressing as a marinade, sprinkle with black pepper !.!.!.then bake them!.!.!.then add to salad and a bit of your dressing!.!.!.!.*sounds really good what your having*Www@FoodAQ@Com
