I just use the recipe as a guideline, for how much meat and how long to cook it!. I like my meatloaf to have flavor and NO ketchup!.

Once you find a recipe (sorry i don't have one) Then throw in what you like!. I mix the meat with about half a cup of italian seasoned bread crumbs, an egg, some worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder and I'm thinking of putting mushrooms in the next one i make!. You can make a tasty sauce with ketchup, a tad of brown sugar, some chili powder and garlic powder and salt and pepper!. heat it in a sauce pan till it looks mixed then top your meatloaf before you bake it!. Or use BBQ sauce!.

I hope that helps, but reading it again!.!.!.!.it might not :!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
