How Do I Make A Delicious Bento Lunch?!

Question: How Do I Make A Delicious Bento Lunch!?
Hey everyone,
I love to make bento (Japanese lunches) but lately it's aggravating to have the same old plain white rice onigiri with nori or pasta with sauce!.
I've been searching on the internet but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for a really tasty bento!.
I want the kind of bento that you always see in stores with a little meat, rice, and lots of veggies, but I don't want like!.!. Sanrio characters!. I want it tasty and simple to make!.
Limits:
I eat fish but my fiance doesn't and since I make lunch for the both of us I'd prefer recipes without fish
We both don't like ground beef lunches-- it gets all icky by the time we get to lunchtime to eat it!.
I want to eat healthier so healthy ingredients are preferred!.

Please show me websites with directions (Japanese is fine!) or even list your favorite kind of bento treat!.

Bonus points for if you can write out brands of food!. I live in Japan so let's keep it local if you have food suggestions ^_^v

Thanks in advance!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My fave bento foods:

Spinach Goma-ae, which is blanched and chilled spinach with a dressing made from sesame paste, mirin, and shoyu!. you marinate the spinach in that and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over!.

Yakiniku- grill up some chicken with sauce and serve with rice and coleslaw

Chicken Karaage - fried chicken is always awesome cold the next day- i drench mine in bulldog katsu sauce and mayo and serve with rice and a lemon wedge

Japanese egg fritata- its like the same recipe as Tamago - with seasoning and the like, then you add greens and adzuki beans, and cut into squares for one section of obento!. It lasts a couple days and its pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
