A loaded, stuffed potato would be a nice accompaniment: Take a baked potato and scoop out the inside, leaving about 1/4" of the potato shell!. Mash the potato and add (to taste): butter or margarine, real bacon bits, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, salt and pepper!. Stuff mixture back into the potato shell and top with additional shredded cheese!. Pop under a preheated broiler to melt the cheese (or micro-cook for about a minute)!. Yummy!

Another idea would be a nice side of cheese bread!. Slice French or Italian bread (or whatever type roll you might have on hand!.!.!.I've even made it with hot-dog buns!); spread each slice of bread with a bit of softened margarine or butter; sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese; top with shredded cheddar or 4-cheese blend; sprinkle with parsley flakes and/or chives!. Bake in a pre-heated 350* oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
