For the summer, salmon steaks, cubed, spread with green pesto sauce and put on a skewer with cherry tomatoes then BBQd with jacket potato!

For the winter, I love cooking a really good roast dinner, pork, lamb, chicken or beef, Im not fussy as long as there are loads of vegetables, loads of roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, yorkshire pudding and smothered in gravy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love a nice hearty chili con carne!.

I use my steamer most nights,its a great way to cook,its easy and it keeps the food nice and nutrittious!.My favorite things to cook are veggies and fish,a bit boring I know but its good if you are watching your weight!.I also like my George Foreman grill though,salmon is lovely done on it,it goes crisp on the outside but lovely and juicy on the inside still!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

as simple as it may seem, spaghetti with garlic breadsticks is big hit for me and my fam!. anothr one is smothered green beans, herb roasted pork loin, mac and cheese and rolls!. so yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love eating pasta!. Rotini cooked over whipping cream added with some carrots and zuccini!. Of course parmesan cheese to give it's viscosity!. With a dinner roll or two!. It's delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have a lot of favorite dinners!. One of my favorite would have to be a traditional thanksgiving meal, its just so delish!. i love how all the flavors combine of roasted turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy and cranberry sauce and candied yams!
but when we dont make thanksgiving dinners i eat foods that are slovak and hungarian!.

Liver and bacon lunch with mashed potatoes!. no measuring involved!.
Ingredients:-
Liver!.
Onion!.
Bacon!.
2 Oxo cubes, made up to 1pt with hot water
A teaspoon or 2 of cornflour
Method:-
Chop up bacon, slice onions and chop up liver into small pieces!.
Take a frying pan, add a knob of butter and fry the bacon, till crispy!.
Move to side of pan and add onions, fry until clear!.
Move to side of pan and add liver, when liver is cooked, add the oxo stock and stir, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes!.
DO NOT ADD SALT (there is enough in the bacon)!.
Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and add a bit at a time until the gravy is thick enough!.

If I am just cooking for myself I like a baked potato (not jacket potato, peel the potato and cook like jacket potato until crisp outer) 2 Cumberland sausages and baked beans and if I can be bothered some fried mushrooms or onions as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love to cook for my grand daughters and this is the youngest one's favorite meal!.!.
Floured, fried, cubed steak with gravy, mashed potatos, and green beans!. And some homemade rolls with real butter!. I use all those real and fattening things to cook, We just don't over eat, nor do I make it very often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mmmm!.!.!. I have more than one, but the easiest is Pasta All'Arrabbiata ( Arrabbiata= hot sauce )!. I'm Italian so I have pasta quite a lot! yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Baked spaghetti is my fav and I'm actually making it for dinner tonight!. I also enjoy this chicken and stuffing bake made with mucho cheese and sour cream, so not good for you, but delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My friends and I absolutely love apple chicken!. Being baked in apple juice makes it so tender and juicy that its just wonderful!.

Apple chicken

2 chicken breasts
salt
oil
2 tsp!. minced garlic
1 C chopped apple
3/4 C apple juice

Salt each side of the chicken and brown on a skillet for about 4 minutes on each side!. Remove and keep warm!. Sautee the garlic and apples in the oil!. Add the apple juice and let simmer for a few minutes!. Place the chicken in a baking pan and pour in the apple mix!. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 turning chicken over halfway through cooking time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
