I eat grilled chicken pasta salad everyday....?!


Question: I eat grilled chicken pasta salad everyday!.!.!.!.!?
I make it the same everyday!. I love it, but want to keep the same concept but change it up!.!.!.!.this is how I fix it:
prepared spiral noodles, tossed in canola oil;
oil and vinegar dressing, and ranch dressing
tyson's pre-cooked grilled chicken!.
And I eat it cold, like a salad

How can I change this around to give it different tastes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

try a different salad dressing-- but don't go with a white one like ranch-- your eyes will look at it expecting the same flavor, but your tongue will tell you differently-- you will not like it, so use a different color!.

try throwing in some vegetables!. hard boiled egg, bacon bits, little mini cubes of cheese etc!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use Caesar dressing instead of ranch!. Add some peppers and black olives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add herbs, preferable fresh, like basil, thyme and/or parsley!. Mix garlic into your dressing!. Use EV olive oil!. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top!. Add veggies, like tomatoes, zucchini, artichoke hearts, arugula, etc!.

I'd stop tossing the pasta with oil!. There's enough oil in your dressing, so you're adding a lot of fat!. And oil-coated pasta doesn't absorb the yummy dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definately change salad dressings!. There are tons to choose from!. i love ceasar dressing, italian!.

Make a Chef salad out of it!. Use ranch, add some bacon and cheese, eggs, ham!.!.

Dont forget the croutons!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could add:

A small can of drained mandarin oranges!.
A handful of dried cranberries and nuts (such as pecan, walnuts or almonds)!.
Shredded 4-cheese blend on top!.
Real bacon bits and chopped sun-dried tomatoes!.
Chopped boiled egg and sliced avocado!.
Chow mein noodles and chopped chives and peanuts!.

Try serving the salad on a bed of fresh spinach or crunchy romaine lettuce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love this!.!.!. it's just my own recipe!.

Penne pasta, cooked or grilled chicken breast cut into small cubes!. Cook the penne, drain set aside!. Saute cooked chicken breast with green and red peppers and onions in olive oil!. Once tender add a can of mexican corn and stir!. Add to penne and stir in a can of fat free chicken broth (warmed) (how much you need depends on how much pasta you cooked) Serve warm or cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try adding roasted almonds and mandarin oranges with a poppy salad dressing!.

Of if you are looking for a different recipes, one of my favorite pasta dishes is Cesar pasta with red roasted peppers!.

1 box of pasta (cooked) with cooked fresh spinach and sliced red roasted peppers, add your favorite chicken (precooked or make it yourself)!. Coat with Cesar Salad dressing and top with black pepper and parmesan cheese!.
You can eat it color or warm!.
