here's a recipe for some delicious dinner rolls they taste really good with honey drizzled all over the top!.

Fast - Rising Rolls
400 degrees
2 packages (2 Tbsp!. ) active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
6 cups flour, scooped(I usually use 3 wheat, 3 white)
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
(instant or regular)
1 Tbsp!. salt
2 cups warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil

instructions:
soften yeast in the water and sugar mixed together!.
in seperate bowl mix flour, dry milk, and salt!.
add 2 cups of water, yeast mixture, eggs and salad oil in that order!.
stir until well mixed, adding more flour if needed
cover, allow to rise in warm place until doubled(about 1 hour) (but I normally don't wait that long, a half hour will do)!.
turn out onto lightly floured board and knead a few times so it's easy to handle!.
Pinch off smooth round pieces about egg size, arrange two inches apart on greased baking sheet!.
cover lightly with clean towel and allow to rise for 20 minutes!.
remove towel and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown!.
(this also works for cinnamon rolls)
