Vegatable soup from roast?!

Is there a way to make vegatable soup from left over roast in slow cooker, where the veggies are made with roast!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, simmer the leftovers in water or broth, Shred the meat into small pieces before you start!. Add extra veggies if you wish!. , especially corn, peas, and canned tomatoes!. Green beans are also good, Simmer about 45 min over low heat, with the pot loosely covered!. You could also use low on the slow cooker for 3 hours or so, but I like soup on the stovtop better because the broth reduces as it simmers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You sure can just cut the veggies and meat into bite size pieces, add more beef broth, can of stewed tomatoes, kidney beans and pasta or rice, It will be yummy!
Serve with garlic cheese bread
