I need a recipe for cookies or a cake that does not need an oven?!

1 stick margarine (melted)
1 small can evaporated milk
2 Cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 heaping Tablespoons cocoa
1/4 Cup peanut butter
2 Cups oatmeal (the quick cooking kind)
1!.Mix together the sugar and cocoa and add melted margarine!.
2!.Add evaporated milk and pour into a saucepan!.
3!.Bring this mixture to a ROLLING BOIL then remove from heat!.
4!.Add vanilla and peanut butter; stir well to incorporate all ingredients!.
5!.Add oatmeal and stir!.
6!.Place tablespoons of cookie onto wax paper and let cool

Melt chocolate chips, butter, and marshmallows over low heat!. Stir until smooth, and remove from heat!. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, coconut, and oats!. Mix thoroughly!. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper!. (I like to add another step here and flatten them and just put one or two peanut butter chips in the middle) Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until set

1 Graham Pie Crust (6 oz!.)
Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended!. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping!. Cover and refrigerate remaining whipped topping for later use!.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into crust!.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight!. Serve topped with remaining whipped topping!. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigeratorWww@FoodAQ@Com

I wish I could answer this question properly right now!. My friend makes a no bake cake with ice cream sandwiches layered with whippd cream mixed with cocolate pudding mix, but I dont knwo the exact recipe!. Its to die for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
EASY AND WONDERFUL NO BAKE COOKIES
2 cups white sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cup quick oats
1 cup coconut
In a medium size saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, milk and one stick of butter!. It's best for butter to be at room temperature!.
Melt butter at medium heat and stir all ingredients together!. Continue to stir until all ingredients come to a boil!.
Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to stand for one minute!.
Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix well!. Stir in oats and coconut!.
Put a large sheet of aluminum foil or wax paper out on the counter and place little scoops of your new treat on it!. Serve while still warm or at room temperature!.
Enjoy!

Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until melted!.
Stir in Rice Krispies and drop them by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam!.
Refrigerate until firm!.

2 1/2 c!. sifted confectioners' sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 (8 oz!.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 sq!. unsweetened chocolate, melted

18 ladyfingers, split lengthwise
1/2 sq!. unsweetened chocolate, shaved
1/2 c!. heavy cream, whipped
Day Before: Mix butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy!. Beat in yolks; one at a time!. Beat whites until stiff, fold into butter mixture!. Divide mixture into 3 equal parts!. To one part, add pineapple, to second, add chocolate and to third add vanilla!. Line bottom of 10x6x2 inch baking dish with 1/3 of the ladyfingers!. Pour on pineapple filling!. Cover with another 1/3 of ladyfingers, then spread chocolate filling on!. Top with rest of ladyfingers!. Spread on vanilla filling!. Refrigerate 24 hours!.
About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cake with shaved chocolate!. Then cut into 12 squares, wiping knife after each cut!. If desired, top each square with a generous dollop of whipped cream!. 12 regular servings, 6 pig-out servings!.
