Put the chicken in aluminum foil with whatever you want for spice/flavor!. I like to put some fresh salsa or something like that with the chicken in the foil, then put it on the barbeque!. The foil keeps the flavor and the juices in the chicken!. This works with pretty much whatever flavoring/spice you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cornell Chicken Marinade
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cider vinegar
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Crack the egg into a medium bowl and whisk until beaten!. Slowly whisk in the oil until fully blended!. Then whisk in the vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and ground black pepper!. Set some of the sauce aside to use for basting while grilling!. Place chicken in shallow baking dish, and coat with sauce!. Cover, and marinate for 1 to 2 hours!.

chicken is my fever ,i eat chicken Avery day, i Piper chicken deferring ways!. i mack chicken by cut the chicken in 12 Pisces ,pout them in salty watter for two HR,then strain it well,then flawed the chicken a half way Frye ,!.then in the pot lot of onions have a green peeper chop Karlik and cook all together ,when sock all the Jase's i pout 1/2 gloss of red wine steer them for 4 min!. ad some crash tomato's not to much,let the pot seamier for 1HR do not pout to much watter just enough to caver the chicken and you can eat it with macaroni or other pasta!. or just lick that with Italian bred, is good,do not forget to check the salt, peeper ,and accent,and plenty parsley at the endWww@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken wings my favorite!.!.fixed this way!.

COLA CHICKEN
1 family size package chicken wings
2 cup catsup
2 - 12oz!. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc!.)
2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning

Put chicken in a non-stick pan!.
Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning…!.pour over chicken!.
Bring to a boil!.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes!.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking!.!.!.to prevent from
sticking to pan)
Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken!.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce!. Yummmm!

I used the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo
Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it
was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.

This recipe is doubled…!.!.for my husband and myself…I use ? the ingredients!.

You can double…the double…!.and more as you like!.


BBQ Ribs

Use the same method…!.leave out McCormicks seasoning!.
