Answers:
Yes you can!.!.!.you'll also cut down on the cooking time, since the microwave will also partially pre-cook the fillets as it defrosts them!.

Alternatively, place them in a plastic bag and immerse them in a sink full of cold water!. The water will actually thaw the fish faster than leaving them out on the counter!.!.!.which can cause some problems of it's own!. also, do NOT use hot water!.!.!.you'll cook the surface of the fish as the water cools down to room temperature, which means you'll have unevenly cooked fillets when you actually cook them!.

Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can but be very careful!. But, BE SURE to use the "defrost" feature, not cooking!. Do 1 minute at a time, to lessen the chance of over-defrosting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you put the fish in a bag and put it down in some water it will thaw very fast and it will be just like it was when you froze it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes- but be careful!!!!!! You don't want them to begin cooking on you, you'll have a fishy taste!.

Opt for better taste over speedy cooking- let them sit in COLD water for about an hour!. This will help thaw them AND you'll greatly reduce the chances of fishy-taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try putting them in a plastic bag and putting the bag in a bowl of luke-warm water!. That's a better way to thaw frozen food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can: my mom does this, but she does it with the "Defrost" feature!. Not with the normal microwave setting, it usually gives you a very fishy tastes--not to mention a fishy smelling microwave! Haha :))

Don't worry, it won't turn rubbery :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
