Question: A Question for those of you who regularly work out!?
Just a little question, what does your daily menu for eating consist of!? Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack!. I did snack in between each meal because Dr's say to be healthy you have to eat your meals and your snacks!.!. this is what my Dr told me anyways!. But To give myself some idea's I thought I would ask you! Please be specific with your answers!. If you want to give recipes that are healthy please do so! Breakfast
Mini bagel with lowfat creamcheese
Yoghurt
Coffee
or
Strawberry protein shake
toast
coffee

Snack
Peanut butter crackers and/or fruit

Lunch
Any frozen entree around 300 calories
plus a fruit or veg

Dinner
Whatever is on the menu- I plan my dinner menu bi-weekly so it just depends on what's for dinner that night!. Tonight is spaghetti, salad, and garlic toast!. I eat one portion!.
I don't eat after dinner most nights!.

Other than the coffee in the morning, I only drink water throughout the day!. If I eat out, which is rare, I will have a diet soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast: glass of milk, fruit (strawberries, kiwi, pear!.!.), bowl of millet and oatmeal or bread with jam

snack: apple

lunch: sandwich on whole wheat bread with carrot stick

snack: banana

dinner: salad with: rice and tofu burgers or lasagna or enchiladas etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always eat breakfast!. (cereal with fruit and coffee)

Snack: yogurt or granola bar

Lunch: sandwich, soda

dinner: meat, vegetables

Focus less on the amount of food you eat and more on how you feel!. Be active!. If I'm not hungry then I won't eat!.

If I'm feeling hungry then I'll have a light snack!. I don't necessarily eat everything at one sitting so sometimes I'll save it for later!.

The best tip I can give you is to pay attention to how you feel!.

I work out regularly just so I don't have to eat fruit and salad all the time!. Therefore, I don't think my menu would be helpful to you!. : ) But good luck on the eating healthy thing!. We could all do with a salad now & then, eh!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yah i've been trying to do the sam thing as you!.!.!. i've been trying to make my meals around 300 to 400 calories and my snacks no more than 100 calories!. I also make sure i get my veggies and fruit; and stick to water as much as possible!. The reason you want to snack between meals is so you dont stuff yourself when you eat!. Have you ever herd of the Hunger Scale!?

You can find 300 calorie meals in alot of health magazines and such!.!. you can also find alot of 100 calorie snacks at the store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't eat breakfast (which I've heard is not the greatest idea, but it's because I work so early in the morning)!. So I start with a light snack mid-morning--usually an apple, orange or some crackers!.

Lunch = Salad, tuna salad, or leftover chicken with fruit

Snack = Only sometimes, or it will ruin my dinner--apple, orange or banana chips or crackers

Dinner = Chicken or fish, veggies/salad

Breakfast 1: - Cereal (usually cocopops or musli)
Breakfast 2: - Toast with peanut butter and jam
Snack: - 2 oranges, packet of crisps, pot of coffee
Lunch: - baguette, packet of crisps, apple, orange, coffee
Snack: - cheese on toast
Dinner: - Meat & 2 veg cooked supper
Snack: - Raspberry smoothie
Supper: - Cheese and biscuits
Bedtime drink: - decaf

Breakfast - Egg White Omelet with cheese & tomato

Snack - Banana or Apple

Lunch - 2 slices of Pizza or turkey & cheese wrap with some chips

Snack - Yogurt or candy

Dinner - Tacos!.!.!.!.or!.!.!.!.franks and beans!.!.!.!.or!.!.!.!.!.!.burgers!.!.!.!.!.or!.!.!.!.BLT (with turkey bacon)

Breakfast: Normally just something like a granola bar, maybe cereal!. (I'm not a breakfast person)

Snack: Fruit, some sugary stuff!.

Lunch: Nothing!. I mostly snack a lot between breakfast and dinner!.

Snack: Maybe chips, more fruit!.

Dinner: Average dinner; Can be anything!.

The reason the doctor says it's healty to eat between is because you are hungry less often, and therefore less of your body is converted to fat!. It also helps so you don't eat as much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
