when u finish making ur bisciuts brush them with either of the following:
egg wash 1: 1 egg and a few drops of water; beaten
egg wash 2: 1 egg white beaten
butter wash: melted butter
brush it on top of the rolls before u put them in the oven and then bake them as normalWww@FoodAQ@Com

Put less liquid in them (egg and milk), roll them thin and cook them for a bit longer!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

butter the pan and put a dab of butter on top!. cook as usual checking to see when the bottom becomes brown then flip them so the tops will then be on bottom and get golden brown too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could roll the dough thin, dot half of it it with butter, fold it in half, dot half of it with butter, fold over and roll it thin again and repeat the butter dotting!. The third time you roll it out, don't roll it thin, roll it to at least 1/2 inch thick and you can make it thicker!.
Then cut your biscuits out with a biscuit cutter, place on a greased baking sheet, brush the tops with oil and bake!.
This will give you a flaky biscuit with a bit of crunch to the crust!.
