Question: I want to make rice crispy cakes but I only have sugar, butter, cocoa powder and syrup!!?

I know there is a way of making them like this, I think you melt butter and syrup in a pan and add cocoa powder then stir in the rice crispies!. I don't know quantities though! Does anyone have a recipe that uses these ingredients!? Please no recipes with marshmallows or chocolate chips in as I don't want to have to buy anything extra!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com
