alfredo is excellent, especially with italian sausage and mushrooms or chicken!.!.!.

Italians love gnocchi with bolognese sauce and just plain tomato pasta sauce, I personally love it with gorgonzola sauce, pieces of roast pumpkin and topped with crushed toasted walnuts!. If you wanted to make it completely different you could aslo caramelize some onion and bacon sprinkle that over the gnochhi and top with sour cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
