my mom and i are bored so she gave me a "project" lol i have to make a cake from scratch with chocolate pudding and strawberries!. HELP! thanx in advance =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

SPECIAL DESSERT

1 sm!. pkg!. Pecan Sandies
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. cream cheese
1 c!. powdered sugar
1 c!. Cool Whip
2 pkgs!. instant chocolate pudding
5 c!. milk
Cool Whip to cover
Can substitute 2 pkgs!. vanilla pudding, add sliced strawberries and bananas on top of pudding, then cover with Cool Whip!.

Crush cookies, mix with melted butter!. Pat in bottom of Pyrex 8 x 13 inch pan!. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees!. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar, add Cool Whip!. Spread over cookie mixture!. Beat pudding with 5 cups milk!. Let stand 5 minutes, spread over mixture!. Cover with Cool Whip!. Refrigerate several hours before serving!.

1 (4 oz!.) pkg!. instant vanilla pudding
1 (14 oz!.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c!. cold water
1 pt!. heavy cream
36 vanilla wafers
3 qt!. strawberries, sliced or halved
Or blackberries, blueberries or a combination of fruits
3/4 c!. little chocolate chips (mini chips if strawberries are used)

In a large bowl, combine condensed milk!. Add pudding mix!. Beat well and chill 5 minutes!. Whip cream until firm, then fold into pudding!. Spoon 2 cups into 3 quart glass serving bowl!. Top with half of cookies, fruit, chocolate (if used)!. Then layer on remaining pudding!. Repeat the layering!. Garnish with fruit, chocolate or cookies!. Make the chocolate pudding into a cake-like shape!.
Then place strawberries(cut and whole) onto the cake-like pudding!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
