Answers:
The best and easiest way to prepare them is to simply tenderize them or marinate them, then bake them at 300 with some cream of mushroom soup, until they are fork tender!. Depending on the thickness this will take a few hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

SAUCY STEAK SPECIAL

1 ? lbs!. round or family steak
1 Tbls cooking oil (your choice)
? cup chopped onion
1 10 ? can tomato soup
? cup water
? cup sherry
1 Tbls cornstarch
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp soy sauce

Cut meat into serving size or bite size (my preference) pieces!. Brown in oil in large fry pan!. Add onion and cook until tender!.

Stir in soup, water and sherry!.

Combine cornstarch with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce!. Add to meat mixture and blend well!. Simmer, covered, about 1 ? hours until meat is tender, Serve over noodles or rice!. Check seasoning, may need some salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like the first answer, but make sure the meat is tender!. I like to marinate all tougher cuts of steak with a little apple cider vinegar, water and Worcestershire sauce for several hours before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/4 cup any spicy mustard
10 to 12 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
2 to 4 New York strip, rib eye, or porterhouse steaks (also good on roast)
kosher salt
additional cracked black pepper

Mix the mustard, garlic, olive oil and 2 tablespoons pepper in a bowl, and spread all of the mixture over the beef!. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for at least one hour (up to 2 for steaks, longer for a roast)!. Season with salt and additional pepper and grill or broil to how well you'd like them "done"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
